Refund Policy - the basics
At A DUCK CLEANER, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our duct cleaning services, all sales are considered final once the service has been rendered. We do not offer refunds for completed work.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean or other resolution at our discretion.
